A Not-Quite For Tourists Bus Tour
The tone of Gothamist’s review of a luxury-property bus tour organized by “Nest Seekers International—a top-one-percent real-estate company that partners with Realtor.com in New York” is somewhat tongue in cheek, and rightfully so…hard to imagine the target clientele for these properties boarding a double decker with a comedian host to take a speculative tour of fantasy properties.
For everyone else, though…why not? A little more relevant than a “Sex and the City” themed bus ride through the West Village, if these tours continue they could be both aspirational and amusing; according to the site’s ad agency, “only slightly aspirational,” at that. $11.5 million loft in SoHo, anyone?
