Alexandra’s NYU degree in acting and art history, particularly New York City Architecture, has enabled her to be a CUNY professor and a volunteer docent at the Brooklyn Museum where she gives tours of The American Collection and Special Exhibitions. This current passion and her past experience in luxury hospitality sales have led her to this moment: finding people not just a home, but a community.
Alexandra has lived in 6 different neighborhoods of Manhattan and Queens and is now settled in Brooklyn where she plays an an active role in parenting groups and civic organizations. Alexandra was born in Bronxville, New York, and currently resides in Park Slope with her husband, Peter Saghir, their two very active children, and many pets. Together they all enjoy running, biking and rock climbing in Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park and on weekends they can usually be found hiking in The Catskills.
