Almost There…

It’s Christmas Eve Eve, our holiday countdown posts are almost at an end, the eggnog is kicking in…so we’re punting this one a little bit and passing it right off to Streeteasy – but it’s still quite cheery, if you consider ridiculously low rental and sales prices in coveted neighborhoods cheery (we do!).
