Upper West Side

A Center of Culture at the Heart of the City

Beautiful, family-friendly, and considered by many to be the intellectual and cultural center of Manhattan, the Upper West Side has charms galore for its residents.

Located right between Central Park and Riverside Park, it’s one of Manhattan’s greenest areas.  Serene but not sleepy, with plenty of dining options – as well as some of the best schools in the city – it draws many families to its cozy, intimate blocks.  The pace picks up around Columbus Circle, which offers a plethora of shopping and transit.

Many of New York City’s famed cultural institutions can be found on the Upper West Side – from the American Museum of Natural History to the Lincoln Center for Performing Arts, this neighborhood more than lives up to its reputation as an artistic mecca.  An abundance of recreational options, nature, and beautiful residences make the Upper West Side a spectacular place to call home.
