The Madonnas and Elvises (or Rihannas and Drakes, hi millennials!) of luxury buildings, the ones that have nicknames or acronyms – One57, 15CPW – and tend to constantly pop up on such lists are indeed well represented in this Streeteasy piece on most expensive properties per median square foot…along with pretty much everything around the Time Warner Center. No surprises here – aside from the absence of prestige downtown buildings, as it’s hard to believe TriBeCa’s not yet fully taken up the Upper East Side’s mantle as priciest nabe.
