You CAN Get More Bang For Your Buck!
These “Curbed Comparisons” are always a fun overview of what’s on the market for the same price point across the boroughs (in this instance, the rather limiting neighborhood of $1,900/month), but this particular one seems to skew a touch pessimistic; generally speaking, you can do better all around for that price! All of these – rather decent, at that price point – places are painted as something to settle for…but that Midtown East option doesn’t strike me as particularly “dungeon-y,” for one, and with a deeper dive into our listings, still more tempting options can be found at any price point.
